i bought a ZTe Card R-Connect.

hi..
i bought a ZTe Card R-Connect. the store guy told me its broadband and it wud be 256KBps… i was wondered and promptly bought it. after connecting, it shows speed of 1-3 KBps… so, i called up the store guy and he stopped answerin my calls after some repeated attempts.
then i called the manager and he informed that the speed is only 114KBps.. then only i knew that i was fooled. i registered a complaint and the speed was very low. after repeated attempts and spending hours on phone i finally took the card with my laptop to the service center (mysore). they dint even have a laptop or another ZTe card to test with. i dont know what kind of service they do over there without an extra card
they checked my laptop and found that it do not have any issue and their broadband shows up good connexion speed. they replaced the card(thats what they said) ,and even then the the speed is the same
finally a service engineer came to my place after 2 months . ihad to pay the first month bill even though i had not used it as the laptop was under service.. i dont know if it charges you even if you are not connected
then the service engineer updated the firmware of the card and installed updated s/w and finally found that the connection speed increased to 30KBps and he said that was the maximum
i do agree that is a fairly good connexion.but when you buy an internet connexion for 5500/- and more that 1000/- pm we would at least need a download speed of 80KBps for video conferencing. that is sole purpose i bought this card
and listening to their troubleshooting steps to make the connexion betta(installing antivirus, antispyware, download accelerators) they are belittling themselves and they have the worst service in the whole world.
im forced to buy a new connexion preferably airtel broadband. and i wont be getting a refund.
so, I WOULD STRONGLY REQUEST AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHO VISITS THIS WEBSITE OR SEE THIS COMMENT TO FORGET EVEN THE SLIGHTEST THOUGHT OF PURCHASING ANY KIND OF INTERNET CONNEXION FROM RELIANCE BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY ARE CHEATERS. THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD AND THE WORST TECHNICIANS. PLEASE LET ALL THE INTERNET USERS KNOW ABOUT IT
THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT A PROMISE IS OR RELIANCE DOES NOT HAVE A CONSUMER FRIENDLY SERVICE. THEY ARE THE WORST!!

I hope you find this mail in all your good health. I am Ramendra Singh working with Infosys Technologies as a Programmer Analyst. I have a strong belief in Reliance ADA group as a good service provider, but I feel really very sorry to tell you that now you are degrading yourself by harassment of Customer like me. You can go through the incident that has happened with me in the mail attached and really shocking is no revert from all the people whom I marked this mail. Dear sir to get your data card I enclosed all the documents with the CAF at a very initial stage
1. Bank Statement (Address Proof)
2. PAN Card
3. License
4. Infosys Technologies ID Card
5. HR Letter from Infosys Technologies
After 15 Days your verification Deptt has discontinued my services with a note Negative Address Verification. I felt really shocked to see the people like Mr. Rahul B Pawar who is looking after verification for Pune as he termed it as negative due to the reason I am residing there with my fellow Infoscions, he has sent a person at my residence and I signed on the papers he provided. Now again after 15 days I have to wait for that fellow and sign those papers. In addition to this that verification person never come on time, in day time I am in office so that can not attend him I requested them to send him either before 9 am or after 7pm but he everytime comes in the day time.
Sir, apart from this there is no revert from any of the person to whom I marked this mail. One more point I would like to bring in your notice is that one of my room mate is already using this facility from Reliance and that is even with lesser documents than me. Apart from this I tried the number of Sudha Vutukuru -02030331824 around 20 times but she never picked up phone and if picked disconnect it, Please try this number yourself I don’t know why these people are working in customer service deptt.
Sir, I request you to take necessary step against the people involved in this so that in the near future no body should feel harassed by you customer service deptt.
Further I appreciate the efforts put by Mr Rajinder one of the person working with Hindustan Commnication Reliance Web Express at Bavdhan Pune unit who has taken more than extra efforts to get it activated but all in vain. Due to our own Mr Pawar.

Dear Team
This is regarding the Reliance ZTE Data Card linked to the Rel No 9372442490. I am writing this mail after a lot of harassment from Reliance Web Express at Bavdhan, you customer service center *333 and Verification Deptt. I have taken this Data Card at around 15-20 days back after completing all the documents which include Bank Statement (Address Proof), HR Letter from Infosys , My Infosys ID Card, PAN Card, License. A person from verification Deptt has visited my place that I provided for the verification, I signed the document he has provided me. After completing all these formalities my card got activated after 3days whereas assurance of 1 day was given for the same. I tolerate this much delay as it can be due to the process of verification. But after completing all this formalities and patience my card got activated and I was using it till 26-09-2006 9.00 pm. But at sudden you discontinued the services for the card without any prior notification I was shocked to see that.
After this much patience my card got activated and now you again deactivated it when I called at your service centre at 10.00 pm on 26-09-2006 Mr Hari picked up the call and the tone in which he spoke to me was totally intolerable and not justifiable. He told me that your address verification is NEGATIVE. I felt shocked to hear that and he has added fury to my anger with his arrogant voice and than I asked him to transfer the call to His manager than I had a word with Sharmila She told me that your address verification is negative and you have to visit our WEBWORLD to get it verified I don’t know what all has happened there are so many friends of mine who are using the same connection from the same address and even with the lesser documents that I had given . I don’t know why you people are making me feel harass. I am working in Infosys and already provide all the relevant documents asked from me. Now I don’t feel that I would love and recommend any body to go for reliance. You have lost a loyal customer and I am not a fraudulent if you want you can come and confirm it at my address any time. I don’t know now when I will get time to go to WEBWORLD once your executive has visited and I had given all the documents you tell me where I was wrong.
I request you all to activate my connection ASAP. Otherwise I left with no other option instead to go for surrender of this card.

I finally surrendered my cell

Dear Sir,
I finally surrendered my cell no 09382163420 after lot of talking, pain in letting people know my new no, procedural difficulties which I faced in your Web World etc.
I have been a customer for last 3 years, you roped me in your dhirubhai Ambani 500 rs plan, your calculation for deducting 300rs (as club charges) every month for last 3 years, was one of the main reason why I decided to surrender my cell connection. The reason given to me at the time of taking your connection three years back was, 300rs is for the instrument which you had given me free of cost.
My instrument stopped working after two years, when you came with a exchange plan saying I can exchange my instrument, I did that in your webworld in Saidapet. I was told that I will get only 500rs discount for the old instrument and had to pay 2500rs for a new instrument. The new instrument (LG RD 2330) which I bought also was a defective model & piece, it reached a stage when the svc people told me to replace it, buy a new instrument, I slowly reduced the usage because the instrument was no good, buying another CDMA instrument would have made me stuck with you again!
I fail to understand after exchanging the instrument also why you kept deducting 300rs till last month.
I will be happy if you can justify to me why you asked me to pay 300rs (extra apart from rentals and call charges) for 3 years, I see no explanation cause I changed my instrument after two years.
I am sorry to say I really felt cheated! Yours bills where very confusing in first place, for e.g.. discounts and charges, then you will add rs 300.
Dhirubhai Ambani Scheme was a scheme designed to cheat customers! It must have been a idea of a cunning man!
Anyway I felt sad that I had to surrender my cell no, which was my other name for last three years!
Now I have three insturments and one SIM card! I keep changing my instrument whenever I feel!!

Dear Neeraj,
I have purchased a Reliance Data Card (MDN: 093245xxxxx, RSN: RZTCDC000xxxxx), I submitted all the proper documents and there was a verification of my address and identity too. The data card worked properly for two weeks and now its giving me a 691 error when I try to connect. When I contact reliance customer support they asked me to visit the nearest reliance web world. I visited reliance web world in vashi twice but was did not get any response was asked to speak with some one called Daniel. Daniel in turn told me that he cannot help me and I have to visit reliance web world again.
My concerns are:
1.) I was charged Rs 500 extra, above mrp by reliance communications, Sector 5, Airoli. This was a blackmail, because I had paid 1800 advance for a FWP he demanded Rs 500 more, when I planed to shift to data card instead, and also showed me receipts that he has been charging Rs 5500 for the card from several other customers that is above MRP.
2.) The local reliance communication, lakshya communications Sector 5 airoli, is non-responsive, give wrong information, faulty products and cause customers discomfort through whatever privileges they enjoy with reliance.
3.) I have been given wrong information that I have crossed credit limit, which is not possible because I wanted to subscribe to 650, 1 gb plan, if I am subscribed wrongly its not my fault.
4.) I want my connection to started immediately; other wise please give me a full refund of my Rs 5500. If I do not get my connection or the money I have paid, I will be forced to issue a charge back on my credit card, and also go in media and court of law.
I have also purchased a reliance prepaid connection no: 93222XXXXX, which is deactivated for a more than a week.
I would request you to take this issue seriously. Anticipating an encouraging and positive reply.

I am aware my feedback is going to be on the DEAF EARS. I am the customer since RIL Mobile was inaugarated. I bought a new WLL hand set from the Retail out let and asked one of the Web World located in Central Mumbai for the transfer of my old number to new handset. It was said by the staff it is hardly the matter of minutes for transfer. Now it is the 11th day still it has not been transfer. And no body is taking the onus for the same. I visited the Web world almost every day…still this inefficient staff are unable ot locate the problem. Now I am fed up of doing any correspondence with this illterate staff who are only keen in selling the product without knowing the knowledge about the same.
WHY NOT UNANIMOUSLY CLOSE THIS NON-OPERATING RIL MOBILE SYSTEM

We have 3 lines from RIL

We have 3 lines from RIL, two are point to point, and one is broad band- Internet. All are E1 line. In every 15 days our P2p line are having major issues of wire cables, may of CSU/DSU units, which only have supplied. We have contacted so many time, opened the tickets, only they are keen to close the tickets. There is no permanent solution on it. No is taking care of this. GOD knows who will help us in this.

Every employee in WEBWORLD/ WEBWORLD Express is showing interest only in Sales due to their incentive schemes which the company is offering to their Franchisees/ Staff.
The Marketing Staff/ Customer Care Staff are found to have no knowledge about the system and they are not even ready to know the System atleast.
Reason behing this may be the Employee found not be professional nor even a good body language while interacting the customers.
Booking Post-Paid Logins on fraud names is making the Company to drop down it’s image.
Whenever the customer reaches the Webworld/ Webworld Express, the staff are intimating that the Server is down and unable to load Easy Recharge nor process the requests
First and Foremost thing that the Reliance have to Improve is
1. To have an Professionally trained Customer Care in Webworld/ Webworld Express
2. Upgrade their servers to uphold the customer needs and queries to timely resolve
3. Maintain sufficient Paper Vouchers at all outlets
4. Bring-in a discipline with the staff not to play jokes infront of the customers
5. Found an in-significant Technology at Reliance Webworld and they are not using that:
HAd Seurity Camera’s with them, why they are not playing the video’s and audit the behaviour of their staff?
