Reliance Petrol Bunk in my area

Sir/Madam,
I like to open petrol outlet in our village. There are no Reliance Petrol Bunk in my area (40km surroundings).So can you please mail me to know the procedure for opening the reliance petrol pump on my mentioned mail id.
I have land on the village; i think that will be suitable for a petrol pump.
My village is located in Namakkal district.
