Re: New Broad Band connection.
Your one Mr. Sandeep Harde (Mob. No. 9372739900) collected a cheque
No.401182 dt.20.03.07 for a sum of Rs.500/- towards one time installation
charges for the Broad Band Connection.
While collecting the money it was assured to us that the said Broad Band
Connection would be given to us within 5 days time, say by 25th March 07.
We have been contacting the said person regularly over phone once the said
within 5 days period up to which the connection was to be given to us. Now
seeing our no. in his mobile he is not attending our calls at all so also
your customer care department also is helping us in giving the connection
and no reply or action is forthcoming from Reliance’s side. Subsequently we
have been contacting the Customer Care No. 1800227773 So also Mr. Brijesh at
Phone No. 30331725/48 so also Nilesh Nadgude at his phone No. 9370112200.
Now, they say it is not possible to give connection and offered us a pre
paid connection. To our regular telephonic contacts no response is there
and they don’t care to give a proper reply even.
In case the feasibility is not there the Reliance should not have accepted
the money for the connection and once it is assured the connection should
have been given within the assured period. What type of service is this?
More than 30 days have already elapsed and the assured within 5 days broad
band connection is yet to come. Leave alone the connection, a word from the
Reliance up to which time they expect to give the connection. In case the
starting itself, this is the service they provide, once the connection is
given what type of service we can expect? Is this the sample of the service
that is going to come?
Because of lack of Broad Band Connection, from your side, we have
substantial loss of business. In case you are unwilling to provide the
connection you may return the deposit accepted from us together with the
interest and other losses to us forthwith.
