reliance broadband

i am a student at cme dapodi pune.i have been using reliance broadband for one month.my user id is 227620875841 and my house no is 494/c.at present i am using 1GB 2mbps plan.i would like to change the plan to unlimited 300 Kbps.an early action is requested.thank you
