 An AXIS SALES LTD is a wholly owned Subsidairy of AXIS (UTI) Bank Ltd. Formulated in July 2006 for special focus and management of sales team to achieve the sales target.
Job Responsibilities: - Report to: - Country Head – Business & Operations
 Retail loan - Housing loan, Mortgage loan, Personal loan & Credit cards, business sourcing with the team of 60 Nos. sales forces including Sales officers, Team Leaders and sr. executives positions.
 Ensuring employee Sales productivity and achieve the sales targets of the Branch in every segment.
 Revenue generation through branch sales and achieve the budgeted profit.
 Pre credit analysis on the basis of income documents, PD & field investigation.
 Maintain the standard TAT of files from login to disbursal stages.
 Petty cash management and vender management.
 Playing supervisory role of Area Manager for nearest branch- Udaipur location.
 Recruitment and training of manpower at branch level.
 Ensuring good Audit rating in branch.
 Cost Management & cost effectiveness at branch to ensure profitability.
 Ensuring best customer services in all the location & vender payment and their management.
 General Administration and compliance of HR formalities at branch level including their performance appraisals and work assignments.
 Liaise and develop relationship with local authorities at local level credit and operations guys.
 Ensure Fraud and Risk parameters under control for all the branches.
 Weekly meeting with sales managers and team leaders for better sales results.
 Prepare marketing strategy and action plans to launch new products in the market like insurance and on line trading.
 Management of information system at branch level through daily basis MIS.

Gruh finance Limited is basically Gujarat based Rural and urban housing loan company belongs to HDFC Group of companies as HDFC Ltd having 68% shares in GRUH.
Responsibilities Handled: -
 Handled over all asset book size of approx. 50 crores and ticket size of up to 3 - 5 lakhs for Jodhpur Urban and Rural Housing loan and Loan against Property.
 Responsible for budgeted profitability and generation of revenue from branch activities, development of coverage area through marketing segments and channels and open new locations.
 Played supervisory role as an Area manager for looked after newly opened two branches PALI & NAGAUR.( Self Opened )
 Responsible for achieve the area target of sales, ensuring collection in control and best customer services in all the branches.
 Sourcing, developing and maintenance of customer and builder relationship. Coordinating with business associates and sales force.
 Credit appraisal of home loans, personal loan, loan against property on the basis of all credit parameters.(Ratio analysis and banking and appraised income and other credit norms for product.) having credit approval powers up to 5.00 lacs
 Ensuring Pd visits field investigation and technical visits for each case with each stage.
 Checking of files taking full view of credit, legal and technical, and their disbursement within the standard TAT.
 Responsible for achieving branch targets of sales and collection with a team of 40 executives with branch as well as DSA end.
 PDC and PDD management.
 Maintaining daily MIS and reporting to head office.
 Ensuring daily reversal and maintaining all operation suspense accounts (Assets) and all operation activities Monitoring all staff reporting, their appraisal and work assignment.
