Reliance Petrol Pump in Latur

Hi…! I am Ismail from NAVI MUMBAI i want to open a Reliance Petrol Pump in Latur Dist’s. Nilanga Tal. I have 8.0Acres of Land with road touch. In the Nilanga there is only 2 pertol pumps but, I saw in Latur there people keep waiting in Q for Reliance Petrol Pump they never fill there fuel in any other pumps…. So, Plz guide me how to apply for a Petrol Pump.
