open a reliance petrol pump

i am RAMESH from CUDDALORE-DT. sir i want to open a reliance petrol pump in our dist,at IRUPPU-Panchay. i have sufficient land for petrol pump .but i don’t know the procecer of starting the petrol pump.why i need start this means we are in between 60kilo meters for petrol pumps.so, please send the information about petrol pump as soon as possible.i am wainting for your message.
