Gary, I just don’t know how bad is your experience. But I have a tale of woe with Reliance. I was royally screwed by them in an offer that thet made during Sep/Oct.2006. Full details of how I got duped is avaliable in the link below.

I am so much fed up with them, I have even offered my handsets free back to Anil Ambani himself so that he can dump it on some other sucker and make more profits.
