The place is 15 kms away from Khammam

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am from khammam,Andhra pradesh.I have an open space located adjacent to Khammam - Kodad highway.
The place is 15 kms away from Khammam busstand.10 kms radius there is no pertol bunk and I am keen to enter in to this bussiness.
The place has got huge potential for gasolene and it is surrounded by several villages and factories.
May I know what is the criterea for elizible to set up the Reliance Petrol bunk and what could be the estimated cost.
