RCONNECT LG CDMA LSI-110 prepaid
Dear Sir,
We have purchased the RCONNECT LG CDMA LSI-110 prepaid in May2006.It looks like an open robbery that as soon as i charge the voucher i get a messageYour prepaid account is Rs. 6:00 now please recharge the same again very difficlt to understand the same.
Is this the service of reliance offering to cutsomers .I have sent more than 50 mails to ur id but no responses.BSNL at least have no issues like yours.
Should i take it that company growth is increasing due to this type of cheats.I m extermely sorry for this but what i can do i have spend thousands of rupees,But didnt get any response either at id/customer care.
I am still fan of Ambanis but not on this cost!

Reliance always brings lucrative plans in the market and this is a plus point of the company that at least they pay heed on their customers. For the sake of reliance big tv recharge, I became a fond of the network.
