They are claiming that they have a global level customer care.

I am Rosy James. I took a post paid Mobile Phone connection from Reliance infocomm Ltd on 12.5.03 for my daughter and surrendered the handset with a payment of Rs.1280 on 30.1.2005 and settled the account with them. After that I have no relationship with Reliance and they also never contacted me . But on 10th May 2006 One gentleman introduce himself as Sub Inspector of Police told me that there is an arrest warrant against my daughter Anu James and ased where she is. He never told me for what reason he is going to arrest my daughter. When I have asked for his phone number he denied and put down the phone.I was in such a panic condition > I dont even know for what purpose he is going to arrest a young girl . My phone has caller Id so I took the number from it and called him again. Then he was speaking so softly and told me that this is regarding Reliance mobile bills and asked me to talk to Mr. Mittal, The legal adviser of Reliance Infocomm Ltd. He have asked me to pay Rs.11000/- in one hrs time otherwise they will arrest my daughter in whose name I took the connection. I tried to tell him that I have already surrendered the connection , he told me to pay the amount first and after that talk to him. That time I was in the office and with too much panic I ran here and there to arrange money and I have arranged Rs.5000 and paid it to Reliance Infocomm's Cannaught place local office. Mr. Koshy who is the senior officer in the customer care promised me that he will return the money when I will produce the receipt, and the other details regarding this. Next morning I gave the receipts and the proof of surrendering the handset etc. He told me that he is working on it and will give the refund .After that I have visited the office continousously for 4 days. Everyday Mr. Koshy is saying that the server is down and he cant give any reply. On 4th day he have started shouting at me, and asked me to come and sit here every day but nothing will happen. So I have given my phone number to him and asked him to give a call and inform me when the refund is ready. After one week he called me and told me that in two three days time he will give me the details and refund. I have waited for his call till 22nd May. On 22nd I have send another complaint to him for refund. He never replied to me for that. I have sent complaints to the Chairman, Service assurance cell and customer care dept. I got a return mail sayin g that they will try to solve my problem in 72 hrs time. What they have done in 72 hrs was to call me and ask me the details. nothing else. I want to bring my matter to the Chairman of Reliance Infocomm Ltd.'s notice. Pls publish my news in this and help me.
