Reliance Webworld

Reliance Webworld works as their phone office as well as an internet browsing centre. There are innumerable complaints on both of these. There is no proper customer grievance addressing mechanism, in fact there is no online complaint possible. The prepaid terms and rates change almost every month, always resulting in higher cost or more inconvenience to the customers. Reliance breaks its promises with impunity. The dealers claim inability for everything, and act as glorified clerks.
The browsing centres flout all norms openly. The speed is slowed down. They advertise for free online storage, but it is always under development. I wonder why nobody has started a site such as reliance sucks.com or something. Since there is no competition which provides a similar class of facilities, reliance customers put up with everything. While they do so, they hate reliance.
