RELIANCE GSM SERVICES

I want to complain against mobile company RELIANCE GSM SERVICES.

On 11th July, 2008 i puchased and applied topup of Rs 499, to make make STD calling on Reliance GSM and CDMA free.
After applying i got confirmation message too. That top up activated after 24 hours, and then i was able to make call free on Reliance GSM and CDMA but only in MP.

Then i called Customer Service of Reliance GSM Service. They solve my query and saild "Ma'am by mistaken u done with wrong topup.
To make STD Free on Reliance GSM and CDMA, U have to apply topup with Rs 496."

On 16th July, 2008 i purchase and applied topup of Rs 496. After applying i got confirmation message too.
Today is 18th July, 2008 and after 40 hrs my number is not activated with this facility.
And now they are saying there is no such topup to do STD Free.

Please Help Me. i m worrying from last 8 days, due poor Customer Service of Reliance GSM.
