I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband

.I am getting a bill almost every 15 days under 2 different billing account numbers.When I try to contact the Customer care executives,they are always busy on other calls.There is no way to contact them.The Reliance method of working is absolutely unsystematic and does not have a Customer friendly approach.This puts the Customer in a very inconvenient situation.Now I have requested them to terminate my account immediately.I can only hope that BSNL expedites the process of giving fast connections to the Customers on their waiting list so the private ISPs will no longer be necessary.
