reliance is unreliable

I have a reliance netconnect installed on my lap top and the connection is OK.But now there is a problem with making calls from the comp.I cannot make calls any more.When I call their customer service, they keep transfering calls to tech support etc, and I had to wait for nearly 20-25 mins.Still no solution. They ask me to call again. Is this their customer service?
Fantastic credential for a globally renowned company.Their name will have to be changed to “UNRELIABLE”.
