Reliance CNG refill station

I am interested in opening Reliance CNG refill station only in Palakkad district in state Kerala. I have sufficient land in the rural area it will cover the main road ,Please furnish details along with terms and conditions, requirement of investment,all formalities required etc. & guide me with whom to contact to get the contract…
