Reliance Infocomm is all about lining up the customer care with bunch of ignorant jokesters who can only sing “Server down” every five minutes. I wish all of us could get together and remind them that consumers are a force to reckon with and not a bunch of fools they can exploit at their whims.

My sentiments exactly.... took a broadband connection, which is not working. A call to call centre led to the reset of password, which was reset again by some joker..and I am told the min time after each such reset is 6 hrs..

Really. I live in Ahmedabad, and I also sent them an email threatening legal action if they don't stop cheating their customers. It's pretty pathetic waiting for the comeuppance of their pathetic servers.

The worst thing is, the subscribers using unlimited internet, actually get disconnected every six hours.
