I am having Reliance Landline and Broadband at my home

I am having Reliance Landline and Broadband at my home. I raised complain 4 times and every time they closed the complain without calling the customer and every time they have given different reasons for closing the complain. I had not received any call from the customer care. Without calling the customer how they closed the complains. Is there any system to check the logs of earlier complain. Why there is a need to create the new complin even though earliar complain was not resolved . Is there any system from the customer care that they will call the customer and then only close the complain. When i logged the last complain I heard from customer care team that reason for closing the complain is “telephone cable is burned” . Yesterday I checked the telephone cable connectivity from panel to my telephone point and it is okay.

What is happening at Reliance why honest customers are being harrassed for non of their mistake…… is reliance servicecentre is for solution or problem??/??
