A payment of Rs 800 was made

Dear Sirs,
A payment of Rs 800 was made for this number vide receipt number S043075529 at “Reliance Web World. SG-39, Galleria, Phase IV, Gurgaon” on 28/10/2006.
The person who collected this payment was height unhelpful, he refused to activate the phone despite my request.
I called up the customer care at 6.00pm, I was made to hold the line for 30 minutes and then without giving me a complaint number or even re-activating my phone, the call was disconnected by the executive.
This high-headed attitude of your company smacks of a sarkari attitude. I would never recommend your company to anyone.
