I subscribed to Reliance mobile in the year 2003

I subscribed to Reliance mobile in the year 2003(Mobile no. 9312701043)under Dhirubahi Pioneer Offer. At the time of subscription It was informed that after three years monthly rent will not be charged and only user charges will be payable. Now the Reliance has backed out.
I have been regularly paying my bills before due dates which can be verified from the records and payment for the month of June 2006 was deposited by cheque at Reliance Web world at L Block, Connaught Place near Narulas. I received a reminder from Reliance for payment of said bill and informed them that payment stands made. The caller was rude told me that I have not made the payment. I told her to check the records, but she refused to oblige me and insisited that I should pay immediately. My cocerns:
1. Why orginal offer terms under Dhirubhai Ambani Offer plan have been altered by Reliance?
2. Why Reliance Web Centre do not issue acknowledgement of payment received and forced the subscriber to deposit the same in drp boxes?
3. Who is reponsible if Reliance misplace the cheque deposited?
4. I hav erecd communication from Ptiti Sing, Head Customer Service on which the address of the office from which this originated is not mentioned and as a result one can not approach them.
Is there anybody to check such mal=practices being carried out by Reliance.

cos i only want reliance connection to my home

dear sir
well i am ashwani …..living in delhi …basically sir ..i have tell you..your dad saying ..like , kar lo duniya mutthi ma ‘ yes now your and your dad dream is come true ..and its all happen cos your way of working is very well ..and by heart i must to say you peoples really favours or u must to say feeling about indian peoples …i also belive in ,like what you peoples are doing …so i am so happy ….and one request from my side ..please provide reliance broadband connection to residentional customer ..not in apartments ..i have my own home …and ur executives saying we are only providing connection in apartments not in colonies ..so plz do favour ..cos i only want reliance connection to my home ..thanks

I have not been provided with a connection for two months

I have not been provided with a connection for two months. The money was collected from me in May. But since then even after number of calls, nothing has happened. I have written a mail to customer service, but no response. NOw i am writing a mail to all TATA heads. Folks, we have lots of complaints here. Can we take and publish it in the newspapers?

We had approved a reliance IPLC link for our branch office

We had approved a reliance IPLC link for our branch office and hilariously their engineers were not even able to get that working. Talking about last mile…i think they need to go a miles before they are technically there..where VSNL/BSNL is.
Mr. Ambani is busy doing his political stint  do not disturb him

Being a Reliance DAPO customer for last 3 years

Being a Reliance DAPO customer for last 3 years I can say that Customer care is total caos. I did not find any customer care /webworld which is really trying to solve the problem the customer is facing. They are very good when you walk in to buy some new connections or making a payment.
My DAPO plan ended after 3 yrs and I changed to Lifetime offer. I was told by webworld to deposit around 1100/- cash including plan migration charges and taxes and my monthly commitment will be only Rs 50/- for CLI and outgoing call charges.
Firstly Reliance delayed my plan changing for 2 months for which they charged me with 400/- monthly without giving any reasons why my plans were not changed from the day/end of that month when they have received cash payment.
Secondly, after 2 months my I got bill showing changes of 350/- for Rworld membership subscription 25 monthly. This I find absolutely radiculous as I did not use Rworld for last 2 yrs for horrible slow/unneeded contents.
No amount of talking to customer care and visiting Reliance Web world could solve the reversing of the extra charges that were imposed without my consent.
Overall impression: very badly managed customer service.
