ZTE data card

with regard to ZTE data card it was promised with a speed of 4 times than the other data card. Where as the actual speed is not even 1 Kbps as agaist 230.1 Kbps. Now can we expect atleast 10 Kbps as against 3.1Mbps. It seems merely fooling the public.
