reliance data card madness

I bought a data card of reliance at the time of purchasing the guy showed immense interest in me and he was so polite that he even delivered it to my place promising that its min speed would be 32kbps if it was not so he would return all money.
I bought it after using it for max 2hrs it stopped working,so i called up this agent and with least politeness he listened to my complain & said that he could do nothing about it and i should run to the manufacturing company HUWAEI.When I went to this place they said its reliance’s fault and i should go to them so I went to its head office in Lucknow they said that i should now go to the service centre .
From there i again ran for service centre which was also too far
there they said that i should call them after 3 days and know the status ,then when i called they said i should wait for another 4 days to get it replaced.
Now when i went to them on the 4th day they gave me a formal piece of paper staing of replacement which can be done from the dealer whom i bought it there they said they had no authority of replacement and that i should once again go to the head office.
There i reached they said that they were out of stalk and that i should come to them after 1 more week when i reached there they said that they still do not have it and even started claiming that i should have rang them up before going to which i replied that they never gave their Ph-No. and i was assured that I would be receiving it on the mentioned date on that piece of paper that was given to me so i never bothered to ask.And I m still waiting………
