MTNL Combo Plan

Hi,
i am from Delhi. Currently I have MTNL Combo Plan for Rs. 500 (Broadband+landline) & using hathway digital cable TV.
Recently we have reliance people who visited our society for giving LL+broadband+IPTV connection, which they say will be through fibre optic cable.
I am satisfied with MTNL broadband & internet. All i am interested in is Reliance IPTV which, atleast on website, seem to have great features.
Can you please advice if it is advisable to go for it? Also how does it compare to DTH & cable TV. Any reviews/ feedback for Reliance IPTV.
