Reliance Petrol Pump

I am serving soldier named Lance Naik Kasna Ram serving with Institute of National Integration, PO-CME, Pune-411031, I have a site on highway of Jodhpur -Sirohi, I want apply for Reliance Petrol Pump after Retirement . I will be retiring from the Army Service in Jul 2009. Please guide me how to apply for Reliance Petrol Pump and send me specimen application.
Please also intimate me, if there is any concession for the Defence personnel while sanctioning Reliance Petrol Pump.
