thank you for calling reliance

I have raised enough compaints with Reliance call center, still no one has fixed the problem permanently.
65684285 - 20th March & 2017296 - 25th March are my recent complaints. Call center techs dont even know what they are talkin about, they are not interested in fixing problems, The so called technicians who are sent onsite to fix the problem dont even have a clue about the problem.
when we call center they know only 3-4 sentences :
1. thank you for calling reliance
2. am sorry for the inconvience.
3. this is your troubleticket #.
4. is there anything I can help you with.
I would suggest its better to use the IVR option instead of speaking to a Tech in reliance.
Any which ways no ones bothered in fixing the problem,
Reliance please learn to provide service for the money you are taking from me.
If any ones interested in fixing the problem please call me on +91 98861 99222, I have stopped people from buying reliance becaz of the pathetic service, if you guys are not fixing the problem i would be forced to get a new hobby about sending mails to ppl abt the kinda of service you are providing,

I bought a reliance net connect once and my mother lost her sleep for 2 months. Every other day they will call my mother and say " We will put you son in Jail if you dont pay whatever bill we send." All their promises before you subscribe are mere cheatings.
They take custome voice form promising to change the plan and forget about it the moment you leave their office.
The executives are trained in how to cheat customers. Their Service Assuarance cell knows only one thing "Escalate Issues".
They dont care about Common Sense, Laws or any guidelines.
whatever they do, you will have to pay the bills whether write or wrong.
so beware,buy reliance phone only if no other option exist

i used to use my mobile gprs which gives arnd 30kbps to surf net on my laptop
i bought reliance netconnect because it said 144kbps and price was cheaper than gprs and i thought this would be a lot better option.
but i have to say that it NEVER EVER reaches 144 kbps!(maybe it might at 3AM!but never tried that) most of the times it hovers around 40kbps and quite frequently does not connect at all!
and i understand the anger against reliance customer service! whenever i call customer care and ask why speed is so low they tell me there is net congestion every time!this seems to be the standard reply taught by reliance to its call centre people!
piece of advice stay away from reliance netconnect as if it is the deadliest plague!
