broadband services

This is very serious thing to consider regarding broadband services,
I have taken connection about 3 months, After installation 25days taken for activation. Recently 10days back, network connection was disconnected still it was not rectified. On frustation i am willing to give up broad band connection. I think 30% to 35% of customers are not at all satified for your service. You are big in stock exchange but not for customers satisifaction.
