HUAWEI USB WIRELESS DATA MODEM

I purchased one HUAWEI USB WIRELESS DATA MODEM for Reliance Net Connect. Also i purchased one starter pack worth Rs.375/- (MDN NO 9380413080). I successfully installed. But i am not unable to connect to internet. Your call center not give the proper solution. Time only waste. So i want the quick solution in this regarding. My contact no is 9382314941. Otherwise send one technical person to solve the problem. I am very very disappointed in this regarding. All your web world not able to solve the problem. Without able to solve the problem why you purchase the product?
