setting up a petrol pump

i am interested in setting up a petrol pump ,its my dad’s last wish who purchased 3 acres of land on national highway -4 between Belgaum & dharwad . i am MBA ,i have undergone survey of local business is to more than highway HSD 70kl MS 40 kl i.e. 1.25 crs business p/m .as early as possible
