I am interested in opening a reliance petrol pump at Mehakar

Dear sir,
I am interested in opening a reliance petrol pump at Mehakar Dist Buldhana Maharashtra. Please furnish details regarding terms and conditions,requirement of investment , Land ,all formalities required etc.
I have my own land which i think is suitable for a petrol pump, same land is on highway, it has potential to grow. there is no other Reliance petrol pump in surrounding.
