I will ask all the reders NOT TO GO FOR RCOM

I got my reliance broadband connection yesterday ( 5-Apr-07), after numerous follow ups and various phone calls to all the concerned hierarchy. I had already launched my complaint for these delays on Reliance customer online.. on Tuesday ( 3rd Apr)
To add to my discomfort, both the broadband and the phone are DOWN just after few hours of installation ( 5-Apr-07 — evening).
I contacted REliance call center, where I got the reply that my details are yet to be updated at their end, and it will take 3 more days. Till time they can not register my complaint.
There seems to be no able technical person with RCom, who can fix this problem.
I am very much disappointed by the way Reliance Communication works… I am confused, whether this is a pvt. Firm or a govt. agency… I will ask all the reders NOT TO GO FOR RCOM.
