I am facing problem in payment of bills

Dear Sir,
I am facing problem in payment of bills
I am having 5 connections of reliance(includes data card and mobile)
When I pay to the webworld thourgh cheque I give to reliance web a single cheque stating at back of cheque bills details but
I am facing problem for disconnecting data card connection due to non-payment.
Please replay asap.
