yes they are too bad in their services….
Forget other small cities, let me tell u about mumbai.
Theres a place called Ghatkopar and theres a webworld there. any time of the day u go, u will find a rush. Maybe 50 people squeezed in the gallery. and there are just 2 counters with staff ignorant about new policies, schemes etc.
Attachewd to this part of the gallery is a huge cyber face of reliance… now i think reliance is more interested in earning titbits from cafe than using that space for more counters.
i had to go there around 7 times to get my data card. imagine going there to be told tha tthe card will come tomorrow and again getting the same reply. i mean anil ambanis time is precious… ours isnt?
