I am an existing customer of RIM postpaid mobile

Hi,
I am an existing customer of RIM postpaid mobile. Suddenly RIM has started applying 49.00 as national roaming charges without informing the subscribers like me. Also, I have requested to change my Tarrif Plan to 124.00 in last week of Nov'06. Rim has not only changed my plan but also switch off SMS pack (national rim SMS pack - 50.00 Pack). While I try to call to discuss the concern with Customer Care Executive, they shamelessly put the call on hold without replying the query.
Hope you will look into this indisciplined and unprofessional behavior of RIM
